The next 12 weeks will take you on a journey of awareness and show you how you can make some small changes to your daily habits that will make a big impact on your health, energy levels, self confidence, productivity and more - long term! The holistic approach this course takes has a strong focus on helping you become conscious of your inner monologue and any sabotaging thoughts and habits you may have around body image, nutrition or health and fitness in general.
In order to maintain change we need to do things that we have never done before and learn how yo create the lifestyle layout that works for you. Have you been going in circles with your health and fitness journey or struggled just making a start? Hitting burnout at work? Finding you have no time or energy for anything else?
As a small disclaimer I want to say, please do not sign up for this course if you are unwilling to commit to making changes in your life. I am here as a mentor, coach and guide however I cannot do the work for you. Any time you start to make changes in your life there will be doubt, hesitation, perhaps some anxiety. That is totally normal and the reason I am here to help you, all I ask is that you are ready to be coachable and put words into actions.. Are you ready?
Lets get you set up and on your way to energy greatness! This will help provide us both with an understanding of the outcomes you wish to get from the course and the steps we will put in place, specific to you, to get there.
Our incredible app will help you with all training aspects. You can plan your activity schedule and set reminders, track nutrition to get a break down of calories and macro nutrients, get instructional exercise videos alongside your exercise plan and track your workouts.
As you progress through the 12 weeks we will check-in to make sure you are moving in the right direction and also to reflect over the past weeks, and find out if we can make any adjustments.
You'll have a personalised training programme which you can access via your app. This will provide the training sessions and exercises with exercise demos to view. You will also get access to real time workouts via our group page.
You will receive a delivery of supplements that I use on a daily basis to make sure I am energised and nourished no matter how busy I am!
